Dont know if this is what you are looking for but on Pocketgear.com there is a theme called eXPerience (Windows XP Style Interface) that changes the PPC today screen into a WinXP look, feel, and function. Costs $19.99. You have to ask yourself, is it worth paying $20 for a theme?
