So far, I've not found this much of an issue, but at least hard-resets are quick and painless. And getting things set back up aren't too much of a hassle.

I've not located the ever valuable registry editor yet, at least not one that I liked... There seems to be an abundance of "tweak" tools out there.. but sometimes one needs to get to the heart of it - and massage it a little.
