I called Dell yesterday about this problem and they are sending me a replacement unit... we shall see if that corrects the problem, which for me , is quite a nuisance since i use a BT connected phone to connect to the internet while out of the building/home and 802.11b when within range of my wireless acccess point... i have to soft-reset about 6 times a day on average, which is unacceptable.
