If I understand you correctly, you are trying to sync up your My Documents, and you have mp3's in this folder. If this is so, you need to understand that mp3's are fairly large files to sync. It seems to me that the file size of your mp3's is causing it to just set there. I would recommend that you not include mp3's within your My Documents folder. I would manually copy these files to a CF or SD card that you may have installed on your axim. I only use the My Documents for syncing word and excel files.
