I just found out more about it and it has something to do with it "reading" the info from the program using iSilo (not igloo like I thought :) ). It is actually a religious reference work program with links and stuff like that and I had thought he was running the whole program somehow, but is instead using iSilo to read it.

Anyway, in the meantime I found a way to get in touch with the guy that knows how to do it so I am going to go from there. Thanks for all your help and suggestions.
