Mobility Site - View Single Post - Themes (Why are the start/dropdown/fonts) always white?

Whenever I create a new theme, no matter what color I tell the fonts to be in the drop down of the start list, they always come out white.

I don't know why this is.. anyone have similar issues when creating new themes
