I found the solution and cause to the problem. If at one point or another you ran Wisbar2 (even if it is close at this point) and try to backup, it will hang at 11 second. I did a soft reset (Wisbar2 doesn't start after a soft reset) and try to backup. It works OK.

This is a known issue and there is a fairly lengthy thread currently on the WA2 forums about it (which is why my copy of WA2 is still waiting to be installed).
