It's hard to say which one is better since they have different functions. Pocket Breeze gives you PIM info on your Today Screen, whereas Pocket Plus provides a task manager, launcher, system information, and a browser add-on. I've tried both and I personally like the way Pocket Breeze runs on my X30H high better. However, Pocket Plus certainly has many fans. I think both are pretty equally popular.
