Those files are index.dat(s)
If you switch to MemMaid's advanced cleaner (tap on the arrow beside the word "QuickCleaner") and do a scan. This will confirm it.
Those files are used all the time by the system (in WM2003) and that's why we can't delete (no one figured out how to delete them yet).

If you are getting a warning in MemMaid about them, you can disable this warnning from the QuickCleaner option to-right hand side icons (the one in the middle).
