I myself use MemMaid 1.4 (still on special offer;) the most, already for some time. I also use Pocket Mechanic, but mainly to benchmark my storage cards and to analyze/defragment them.

Now I do wonder what you are using. So I put up this poll. Thanks for giving your input. If you using something which isn't in the poll, please let us know the name and the link where to get it.
