Sending programs
The only way that I could think of a way to beam a program would be to have the .CAB file stored in memory, and then beam the .CAB file to someone else. Most programs have a CAB file. You can the .CAB file in a folder created by the program. For example, Handmark Monoply creates C:\program Files\Handmark\Monopoly for Pocket PC\Monopoly cabs and under that file you will find several CABS.
The big problem that you will run into is if someone has an older HPC, or Pocket PC, it may be using a different processor, and thus not able to use your files. That is most likely the reason why it is not simple to just beam a file like you could with your Palm.
