I have learned that I have to tap a certain way in order to get it to open. If I tap the icon instead of the words, it probably won't open, and if I hold it too long it won't open. But also if I don't hold it long enough, it also won't open. So it is basically trial and error to learn how to tap in order to get the program to open. Good luck. :D
