I was able to move all .dll files, except those that go with visual basic programs and the visual basic .dlls.

I moved .dll files with no problems for:

MS Reader
Pocket Everquest: War on Faydwer
ESoft's Arcade Challenge
Resco Explorer
Sprite Backup
Icom's 5 Dice Corsair
Handmark's 4.0 Student
Resco Guardians

These were moved by others:
Pocket Informant

Microsoft .net compact framework (for 2002 users)
