Are we talking about the Comador 64 with the seprate floppy drive all that good stuff:D Did it hook up to a TV? I thought we bought a moniter for it, but that was a long time ago.


If so, that was my second computer and probably the first home PC to sell decntly. It was huge back in the day. Sure the Trash....trs80 Color computer was out there, but it was (as the name implies) trash (my first computer).

ps Bellow the Root was my favorite game. It offered an open world to explore. It was 2d, but still pretty larger and offered great variety and inovation for its time.

Man, I had tons and tons of floppies with games and even played my first EA game on the C64 (cool racing game where you could build your own tracks). I've been wondering if that was EA's first game. There were all the arcade classics like River Raid, Qbert, Dig Dug, etc...

Very cool system and very popular for its time.
