I'd also like to get a good alarm clock (if it doesn't come with one already?). I often need to set 3 alarms overnight (for 1, 3 and 5 a.m.) to test my 2 year old who has type 1 diabetes so I need something really reliable. To avoid losing battery power do you leave it in the cradle overnight or does it just stay powered off until the alarm?
