The Games are called "Roms" and they are usually found online. They are iilegal(even if you own the original game, atleast with Nintendo) and therefore cannot be bought.
You can't ask where to get Roms on Aximsite as it is iilegal so please refrain from asking, Thank you for respecting this rule.
