Well, usually GPRS can work at around the 57600 level; the 19200 is more of a WAP speed (i.e. slow, dial-up). It will still work, but I'm not sure if you'll be limiting its optimum performance by selecting a low baud rate. I'm easily confused! Maybe give it a whirl on the higher baud rate setting and see if you notice a difference?
