DSmith... I re-read my post... no, I am talking about outlook on the desktop. I don't even have an axim yet... waiting for my auctions to close to see which one I can afford (auctions close today at about 6 am). I am an x palm user trying to get setup on Outlook (desktop). So far, the alarms do not work when I close outlook. I tried searching MS without any luck and searching in outlook itself (which basically takes you to the MS website). I am lost... but I do not think this works with outlook closed.
