Everyone,

I'm VERY sorry for being away, business has been pretty hectic as I'm sure you all can relate with.

At anyrate, it appears like our Axim defect rate in our miniSyncs is 5% as oppose to our regular defect rate of <2%. Still, it's not bad, and I want to apologize to those couple of people who may have received a bad cable.

BELIEVE ME, we're hassling our manufacturers big time and things are being fixed as we speak.

IF you did receive a bad cable (sounds like 2 of you), I'm sure we've shot you an email about replacing the unit at our cost.
