UPS doesnt do weekend delivery without an extra charge so the 3-5 working day is exactly within the 24-28th range. In my experience 99x out of 100 ups will deliver on the first day of the delivery window, but there are always exceptions.

But Dec 23, 24 are holidays in USA, aren't they? Will they deliver in holidays(24 Dec)?
