I just got it yesterday and I can't get it to connect and sync. I never had the problem with my cradle at home or work.
My 400Mhz Axim X5 already had a full charge so I couldn't tell you how well the charger works on it only that it went amber for a second and back to green. Just my luck that I'm one of the 5% with a defective one.
I saw the Axim model was taken off the Boxware website; that scared me a bit, but I sent and e-mail and hopefully we'll straighten this thing out. The miniSync looks like a great product and I hope to get mine replaced soon.
