Well guys I said I would give you my results and here they are!
I previously ripped Kill Bill 2 to my Hard Drive. Firstly I tried making a WMV. Although the quality wasn't horrible, the colors seemed washed out and overall, I wasn't completely satisfied.
Next I tried a few trial "DVD to PocketPC apps" They were very easy to use, but I wanted to look around more before I purchased anything
(boy was I glad)
Next I read here about the PocketDivXEncoder. That is a great appliation. My videos were good quality, nice sound and vibrant colors :D I converted Kill Bill 2 to compare with the others and a few episodes of the family guy (hehe) :p
Just yesterday, in the evening, I tripped over the thread. Im glad I did. I wanted to do Kill Bill 2 again, just so I could compare it and make fair judgement. So I set it up to my likings so I can fit one movie on a 512mb SD card. I put my movie to a max size of 470mb and sound quality to 128kbps. I could have went lower in the sound but decided, hell why not? I also chose a resolution of 336x192, because with a QVGA screen, I see no need to go higher.
So after all tha it gave me a video bitrate of around 380kbps (Can't remember the exact number) *whoops*!
So I went to the mall and did some Christmas shopping ... When I returned home my movie was done! Since I was gone I don't know exactly how long my movie took, but all's I can say is make ourself busy while doing this, or do it overnight ;)
I opened my video file and the quality was amazing! I didn't see any noise or blockyness. The movie was 2:08 minutes long and at a size of 470mb, with nice quality sound and it was this beautiful!
I will do all my movies lie this. I won't even try any other apps, as this one tops them all. :D
Thanks for reading my horribly long review of this product. I hope you guys have good luck using it as I have :D
