Lot's of folks have experienced this problem. It's caused by restoring a backup from a different ROM revision onto the new one. There's a thread about a fix on these boards somewhere where the author says he fixed it without hardresetting and re-installing everything but it only applies to WMP10 for Pocket PC AFAIK. No one knows what other progrmas may act wonky when you restore a backup from a different ROM revision onto a new one
