For all intents and purposes...
....no. You can load a Linux operating system on it instead of PocketPC or Windows Mobile, but there aren't a lot of apps available to use on that platform. I don't know of anyone who's been brave and sharp enough to disassemble the ROM package to pull erstwhile integrated apps from it. And why would you want to? If they're in ROM they're not using your RAM. And there's still plenty of ROM space for putting things into it yourself. You're best off just leaving it alone rather than take a chance and trashing your PocketPC for good.
