Mobility Site - View Single Post - what utilities let you change PIE version?

i saw this in a rollup utility once but i was looking for a program that changes the way websites see pocket internet explorer to read as IE6. i thought it was pocket plus but after looking at the layout i guess i was mistaken. anyone know which one it is?
