ActiveSync can also automatically sync files for you so you don't have to manually copy them. If you clcik the options button in ActiveSync, and check the "Files" box, a folder shortcut will be created on your desktop PC which is synced with the My Documents folder on your PPC.
Whatever you place in this folder on your desktop will automatically be synced with your PPC, and vice-versa.
