Sometimes you can get a bad program. With mine EVERY time I run Audio Reader from Audio.com, my memory gets less. I can use Memory Maid and see 5 or 6 of the Reader programs running, and even though I click on the "Terminate" button, they will not close. All I can do is after several times of using the program is to do a soft reboot and they go away and the memory comes back. I have contacted them, but have not gotten an answer yet.
