Microsoft's OSes are full of bugs and security problems, so you can expect problems. If it becomes a big enough problem then Microsoft will issue a fix otherwise you get to wait for a new OS upgrade, which may fix the problem. On a PPC device that usually means a new device. OS upgrades come with a new set of bugs and problems, a never ending circle with Microsoft.

Amen. Bring on Linux for the x50v!
Actually, that's slightly unfair...Win2k was a huge leap forwards and my g/f's machine has been running for about 12 months now without a reboot. Quite amazing. My own XP machine runs for weeks without a reboot too. Of course, my Linux box is better again but, MS is getting better. :)
