I just bought a axim x50v and should receive it this afternoon. I'm new to all this, and am the first to admit that I don't know much about pda's.

I understand about bluetooth being a (wireless)technology which lets different devices communicate together. :approve:

My question was about how to go online with the axim. I was told that I can go online where there are "hotspots" like in some coffeeshops, airports, and so on.

Also through my broadband connection with a wireless router I heard (bluetooth again, I guess).

That is all good, but what do I do if I want to go online without being in an airport or college? Let's say I sit in my car some parking lot or waiting in line while shopping - Is there a way to go online then?
