Wi-fi is what you will use to connect to a "hotspot" in an airport or your wireless router at home, not bluetooth. Bluetooth comes in when you are away from a "hotspot" and requires a bluetooth enabled cellphone. You can then use bluetooth to connect to the cellphone and use the cellphone basically as a modem to connect to the internet. You will also need a data plan for your bluetooth enabled cell phone in most cases which costs extra.
