I would like to know whether developing a VB.Net application is advisable for a Windows Mobile 2003 PDA. I know that Vb.Net is WIndows Mobile 2003? Will C# applications work?

Secondly, I will need to establish bluetooth connectivity between a handheld device and another device. I know that the .NET framework does not but does the OpenNETCF framework provide support for bluetooth programming? Is C# or VB.net a better language for developing bluetooth compatible applications?
