When I switch from Palm to an Axim, I went back and re-downloaded the books I read under a Palm and re-read some of them on my Axim. There will be other reccomendations but a book is a book and Palm's eReader has always done a good job for me, how about for you? I get the idea you have used it in the past.

Hi Waxwing, and a Happy New Year to you too! I as you switched from Palm to an Axim, and have re-downloaded my Palm e-books (from Peanut Press) to re-read using the Palm eReader for Pocket PC.
Palm Reader for Palm OS had no problem decoding my collection of Chinese e-books, although the formatting was a bit funky. Unfortunately, Palm Reader for Pocket PC can not decode Chinese text at all. So, for now I will have to use Palm Reader only for reading Peanut Press books.
