Mobility Site - View Single Post - Stopping Add/Remove Programs from popping up automatically

This didn't happen for the first month and a half of owning my X50v, but now when I plop the unit into the cradle ActiveSync displays the Add/Remove Programs window on my PC. I cannot seem to find a setting that either stops or starts this process and I don't see anything in the Aximsite archives about it. So, all you ActiveSync experts.....
