Thanks, guys!! I don't see anything amiss in any of the program lists. I uninstalled the last couple of programs that were installed and might be the culprits, but no luck. Did a Soft reset too. Also, rebooted my pc. Interestingly, the first time I did that ActiveSync didn't load automatically as it is supposed to. Then my pc locked up. Sooooo, maybe I've got something going on there. I'll keep checking around. It's not that big of a problem really. Just a nuisance

BIG EDIT: Arrrgh!! I completely forgot that I installed AS on my home pc and installed ONE program from there just befor X-mas!

I'll bet THAT is the problem. Sorry to waste your time Bobby and Rob.
