I have used both mNotes and EasySync Pro with my X5 running WM2003. I think mNotes has more options, but I had to change to EasySync Pro when my company started using shorthand e-mail addresses (like mine is Frank Clifton/Banner). mNotes would not convert the shorthand into the real addresses when syncing to the PDA, and so I couldn't e-mail from the PDA. EasySync Pro converts the shorthand into real addresses when syncing.
One warning - be careful if you try to filter the items you want to sync. I think it is both apps, but it is EasySync for sure: it thinks the best way to filter the items is to delete from the PDA any items you want filtered!
