Now, as far as syncing files, first you have to make sure that you've gone into ActiveSync on your PC and told it you want to sync Files (there's a checkbox for that, just like for your Inbox, Contacts, etc.). Now, having done that, you should see folder WITHIN your My Documents folder on your workstation. This folder will be something like My PocketPC Documents, or My Axim Documents. The name of the folder will match whatever you named your PocketPC. THIS folder is the one that gets sync'd with your PDA. So, drop any Word files you need into this folder and you'll see your little ActiveSync icon change to yellow as it recognizes there's new things to sync up. When it goes back to green, you will be able to look in the My Documents folder on your Axim and see your Word files are there.
