I am still testing this app and it looks great. It has skinning capabilities, cascade menus, copy,cut and past options. You can soft-reset, and shut down the PocketPC. You can drag/drop, tap/hold, and it really close down app, rather then minimize them.
I just made a screen shot of the menu of this app. All on the website is in Japanese. Better download and use the English version, or if you know japanese the japanese one
