Resco Explorer from http://www.resco-net.com/pocketpc.asp has this functionality. Give it a go. I would NEVER go back to the standard file explorer. This one comes with registry editor, ftp client, lan-ability, and all the features that were missing from Microsoft File Explorer (ability to view file properties, zip compression/decompression, folder "up" command, etc.)

I had tried all the network setting in my PDA and PC but still can't access to the local network using bluetooth connection from my PDA. Pls help!!
