I have a Axim 30 and have used Outlook at work even though my co-workers use Lotus Notes. You can download for free a Microsoft Outlook Connector for Domino. This makes Outlook use the Lotus Notes server as its mail server. Works for mail, calendar, etc. Give it a try. Just go to Microsoft's website and do a search on "Domino Connector".
