There really isnt a big demand for VGA PPC devices. Plus, keeping it QVGA will keep the price down. If you were to add VGA to this device it would probably be priced around, if not over, $1000 (I read the estimated price may be $799)
At $1000 or more, most people would probably want a laptop.
