What is your total memory in Programs AND Storage? I would only be concerned if the total memory is going down.
If you do have a leak, Magic Button is your best bet. I would uninstall it then see if you have a leak. If that doesn't work, you can always do a hard reset (back up everything first) then reinstall the programs one at a time, checking each time if you have a leak. Keep in mind that a hard reset is a major step. Make sure you don't lost data you want to keep.
