Also make sure your VNC host is running in version 3.3 compatability mode.

A couple of questions. I just discovered the wonderful little gem on my x30 called Terminal Services Client. Bummer, I run windows xp home. Can I run a VNC program instead and if so how do I make sure my host is running in version3.3 compatibility mode? Thanks.

EDIT: I was able to find a VNC client for windows on the website for the VNC pocket pc version...but it wasn't super apparent so thank God I kept searching and reading. All is working well.

Now, all this talk of turning off the host...how can I turn it back on. Seems from what I see that I would need WakeItUp or Wake on Lan. However, there seems to be some more to those than meet the eye as well. I have entered my ip address and no dice ...won't wake the computer. I am assuming there is something more on the pc side that I have to do?????
