Their first reply is ALWAYS a standard reply from a checklist. For a desktop or laptop, no matter what you say, the first answer is always "update your driver".
Heck, I had a laptop that had a completely dead hard drive and wouldn't even boot into windows. The hard drive didn't even show up in the BIOS. The first answer I got back was to update drivers.
You have to reply, and explain again. Only when you get to around the 3rd or 4th reply do they start to use their heads (or ask someone) and figure out what you're talking about.
