Yes, indeed it would. But just in case of that event, I did a full backup of my Axim with ActiveSync prior to installing the Pocketop driver.
If I hadn't done that, then of course the CPU Gods would have looked at me without favor and they would have caused conflict and strife in my Axim. :D
