Well I thought Missing Sync changes the format to .mp3. So I don't think it is that. Open Media Player and if you're not already there open Library (menu > library). Then click menu > update library. That should find all the songs that are on your Axim. After it says the library has been updated click done at the bottom. Now on the next screen click library at the top. On the drop down menu make sure that it is selected on either storage card or my device (where ever your music is located).
