Using windows media encoder and instead of using the pocket pc codec, choose streaming media and then 148K. I encoded supertroopers from an 648mb avi to a 100mb wmv. Originally it was widescreen but it formatted it 4:3 and now it takes up the full screen which is a plus. That means its a little distorted, but nothing too bad and yes its somewhat pixelated, but for only being 100mb for a full movie its damn good. Plus I would have to imagine that a smaller file is going to equal more battery life. And having 9 full movies on my memory card is a lot more appealing than only 1. Of course this is only going to make you happy if you want quantity over quality.
