You can take the whole DVD and convert it down to any size you want with FairUse Wizard. 100MB might be a little small. But you can try it and see how it looks. When FairUse encodes a movie it saves the ripped files. So if you don't like the look of the movie at 100MB you can have it encode again (without waiting for the rip process) at a higher size setting.
When you are using it make sure you don't set it to do the process automatically and that you choose the size of 320 X 176 pixels for your screen size.
