My Inbox reads "1 Unread" message. I cannot open the message, or access the messaging program from the start menu. Soft boot does nothing, after I do a hard boot, it works fine. Then I restore data and it quits working. I have tried deleting messages from the Windows folder, and I have tried all different settings in ActiveSync thinking that it would work itself out (Inbox is empty in Outlook). I think that it must be a bum message that has become hung in the Axim. I cannot get to the messaging software to make any changes.

I just installed ActiveSync 3.8, but I'm not sure if that caused the problem or if I had just not noticed it beforehand. Thanks very much for any help.
