Decent VB.NET books

I'm still kind of a beginner myself, but I found these books very helpful.

"Beginning VB.NET 2003" by Willis, Crossland, and Blair
Published by Wrox Press
ISBN#: 0-7645-5658-4

This is a good book to get up to speed on VB.NET whether you used VB6 or not, though it is targetted more for the desktop .NET environment.

".NET Compact Framework Programming with Visual Basic .NET" by Yao and Durant
Published by Addison Wesley
ISBN#: 0-321-17404-6

IMO, this is an awesome book for the .NET Compact Framework, and although I am not all the way through it yet, there is a whole section on graphics.

I can't really say where you might find good books about PocketPC audio, since most of my work is targetting database development, but since you said you were a beginner, I might start with these.

Hope that helps.
