Well, I tested out transfer speeds using different methods:
- explorer
- wmp10
- a usb2.0 card reader

There is barely any speed difference using WMP10 and explorer. The USB2.0 solution was the fastest (possibly because the cradle is USB1.1, you would assume anyway).

I acutally disabled the conversion feature when syncing via WMP10 because all my wma files are 64-96kbps. I can't see a reason to convert it lower.

I'm starting to doubt WiFi's ability to transfer faster. Would be a nice feature tho, walking within range of the host computer and having the list sync automatically.
